I was so happy to partner with my fellow Southside peeps to spread some joy for mi gente one taco at a time with this week's Taco Tuesday event! April Monterrosa, Editor in Chief of LIVE From The Southside, Angela Cardona, candidate for San Antonio City Council District 3, Cynthia Garcia, President & Founder of Rosies Gracious Heart all helped pass tacos out today as we fed dozens of hungry folks some delicious tacos from Taco Haven Steves.
Be sure to join us every Tuesday! All you have to do is follow 104.5 Latino Hits on Instagram, and listen to 104.5 FM every Tuesday starting at 11:45AM to see where we'll be for that day. We'll hand out free tacos from noon to 1p until we run out. Typically we also have tickets to local amusement parks or entertainment destinations. We already have a group of regulars, we hope you can join us and help spread awareness for local taco shops in San Antonio. Can you imagine a world without tacos? I can't. Tacos bring us together, they provide us comfort, they give us energy, they are at the center of our culture and we should celebrate them every Taco Tuesday!
