Tito & Adam Rocha Talk San Antonio Film Festival

This marks the 25th year that the San Antonio Film Festival has put together an event that brings San Antonio film professionals and enthusiasts together for a week of cinema, networking, and awareness. Tonight's kick off and red carpet is all about honoring Cheech Marin (Cheech & Chong) with a Lifetime Achievement Award and to feature his short documentary "THE CHEECH," which honors Marin's lifelong advocacy of the Chicano Art Movement at 6PM. I invited the founder and Executive Director Adam Rocha in this episode of American Vida to talk about his vision, and to drop some knowledge and inspiration. We hope you take some time to learn a little more about all of the things the San Antonio Film Festival offers the community, and please share this podcast with a friend!

The mission of the SAFILM – San Antonio Film Festival, a nonprofit 501(c)3, is to serve as an accessible and inclusive platform for artists in the category of cinema and provide cinematic culture to a diverse audience.
